Your team (headed by Chris DeMeyer) was outstanding! My lunch guests were all elderly and some very frail and your staff was kind, courteous and patient. Chris even took the time to lend his hand to a gentleman needing assistance and walk him to the door. Mid-event the valet location had to be changed (eek) and Chris was proactive and the move was seamless. As the event ended they catered to our guests by having an attendant at the door so our guests didn’t have to walk in the heat to give their ticket. From Ken to the ladies in the office to the drivers, everyone was exceptional. We arranged for buses to take guests home from our wedding reception. One of our guests indulged a little more than he normally would and because he was in from the east coast the altitude & alcohol hit him extremely hard. The driver was most patient with him as the other guests helped him get into the bus and back to the hotel. Thank you to both our drivers for being exceptional. Jay's Valet was recommended by a friend when we had no luck getting response from other limo services for our wedding in June. We ended up booking Jay's for the shuttle to the hotel after the wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased with our decision. This allowed all of the guests to have a night full of dancing and partying knowing they had a ride later in the evening. Highly attentive, great people, and a smooth process. The valet's at my charity events often stay late on their own to help pick up/break down the rental tables and stuff and go way beyond only parking cars. About 5-6 weeks ago I was on my way back home from a Chipotle Restaurant (about a quarter-block away from the above-mentioned appts) and crossing 1st Ave when I fell in the middle of 1st Ave. I have no idea but 1st Ave in Denver at that intersection is very busy 24/7. So, I’ve no idea of the danger I may have been in.

Mr. Nick Roth and his crew friends that night saw this happen, were apparently immediately by my side and helping me to get up, back on my walker, and then escorting me to safety almost immediately. They must have stopped traffic as well to keep me from getting run over.

I can never be grateful enough for what Nick and his team did and how kind he was, and even now I well up with emotion when I remember this. My words could not ever express my gratefulness to him and his co-workers.

Even now (some weeks later) he saw me walking down the alley a couple of days ago, past the valet stand and he ran to greet/hug me. I have little to honor him with except words but wish that you would/could. He is an incredible guy."

An older lady (would not give me her name) called at 7am this morning to let me know how grateful she was that Ryan Harris helped her over the weekend walking her to her car. She told me it was late at night and Ryan offered to walk her to her car, she refused, and Ryan escorted her anyway. She told me that if Ryan was not there to escort her she would have fallen and hurt herself. Ryan was there to catch her as she was falling.
