We believe that all of the nonprofits we selected for this competition are winners. We have given each organization a second chance at a donation. If your organization was included, please watch the mail for a scratch off lottery ticket from us. The value of the ticket coincides with how far your team made it in this competition. We are truly grateful for what you all do for the community and our company and this is our way of saying thank you. If your organization was not involved, but you would like to be next year, please let us know.
Brent’s Place helps those living with cancer by providing housing and programs through partnerships in our community.
More than 14,000 children are diagnosed with cancer throughout the country each year. Many of these patients are in desperate need of “Safe-Clean” housing before, during and after life-saving medical treatments.
This means they require a home-away-from-home capable of supporting their entire family in a ”Safe-Clean” environment. Brent’s Place is the only “Safe-Clean” housing facility in the Rocky Mountain region approved by Children’s Hospital Colorado for patients with compromised immune systems.
