About 5-6 weeks ago I was on my way back home from a Chipotle Restaurant (about a quarter-block away from the above-mentioned appts) and crossing 1st Ave when I fell in the middle of 1st Ave. I have no idea but 1st Ave in Denver at that intersection is very busy 24/7. So, I’ve no idea of the danger I may have been in.

Mr. Nick Roth and his crew friends that night saw this happen, were apparently immediately by my side and helping me to get up, back on my walker, and then escorting me to safety almost immediately. They must have stopped traffic as well to keep me from getting run over.

I can never be grateful enough for what Nick and his team did and how kind he was, and even now I well up with emotion when I remember this. My words could not ever express my gratefulness to him and his co-workers.

Even now (some weeks later) he saw me walking down the alley a couple of days ago, past the valet stand and he ran to greet/hug me. I have little to honor him with except words but wish that you would/could. He is an incredible guy."

An older lady (would not give me her name) called at 7am this morning to let me know how grateful she was that Ryan Harris helped her over the weekend walking her to her car. She told me it was late at night and Ryan offered to walk her to her car, she refused, and Ryan escorted her anyway. She told me that if Ryan was not there to escort her she would have fallen and hurt herself. Ryan was there to catch her as she was falling.

She also told me that all of our staff is very helpful, polite, and provide a great service.

We had a very early flight and our pick up was at 3:30am. Of course you wonder if your driver will be on time. Pierre, our driver called at about 3:15am and asked if we were coffee drinkers. He found a place that was open and brought us coffee - at 3:30 in the morning! Now that is service! Erin is great! Excellent communication from start to finish! Both drivers were exceptional! Our flight back to Denver arrived about 20 minutes early and our driver was waiting for us. I can't say enough about your service. Many companies can learn from how you do business. "I was a guest at an event in Wheat Ridge, CO on May 8, 2014. When the valet went to retrieve my car, he found that it had a flat tire. They offered to change it for me, which I gratefully accepted. No sooner had they started, then it began to hail. Heavily. Not only did they not complain, but each of the drivers were exceptionally friendly and seemed genuinely delighted to help. As I waited, I watched each of the valets offer to escort guests who had self-parked to their cars under cover of an umbrella. To say this was great service would be an understatement!"

My experience was exceptional... Nick was prompt, professional and engaging, the vehicle was luxurious and well appointed, and the ride was safe and carefree.
