“I was a guest at an event in Wheat Ridge, CO on May 8, 2014. When the valet went to retrieve my car, he found that it had a flat tire. They offered to change it for me, which I gratefully accepted. No sooner had they started, then it began to hail. Heavily. Not only did they not complain, but each of the drivers were exceptionally friendly and seemed genuinely delighted to help. As I waited, I watched each of the valets offer to escort guests who had self-parked to their cars under cover of an umbrella. To say this was great service would be an understatement!”
