“Valet It Forward” Kindness Competition Sweet 16!

We want to congratulate all the nonprofits that have made it to the Sweet 16! Please share ‪#‎ValetitForward2016‬ with all your followers! Remember, just because your nonprofit didn’t make it to the Sweet 16, they may still be up for additional prizes! Every team that makes exactly 35 points in either half of their game will be entered into a drawing at the end of the tournament for a prize. We also will have a prize for the team that loses with the biggest point spread at the end of the tournament. Check the list below to see if your nonprofit made the Sweet 16 or qualifies for the additional prizes!

No sooner had they started, then it began to hail. Heavily. Not only did they not complain, but each of the drivers were exceptionally friendly and seemed genuinely delighted to help. About 5-6 weeks ago I was on my way back home from a Chipotle Restaurant (about a quarter-block away from the above-mentioned appts) and crossing 1st Ave when I fell in the middle of 1st Ave. I have no idea but 1st Ave in Denver at that intersection is very busy 24/7. So, I’ve no idea of the danger I may have been in.

Mr. Nick Roth and his crew friends that night saw this happen, were apparently immediately by my side and helping me to get up, back on my walker, and then escorting me to safety almost immediately. They must have stopped traffic as well to keep me from getting run over.

I can never be grateful enough for what Nick and his team did and how kind he was, and even now I well up with emotion when I remember this. My words could not ever express my gratefulness to him and his co-workers.

Even now (some weeks later) he saw me walking down the alley a couple of days ago, past the valet stand and he ran to greet/hug me. I have little to honor him with except words but wish that you would/could. He is an incredible guy."

An older lady (would not give me her name) called at 7am this morning to let me know how grateful she was that Ryan Harris helped her over the weekend walking her to her car. She told me it was late at night and Ryan offered to walk her to her car, she refused, and Ryan escorted her anyway. She told me that if Ryan was not there to escort her she would have fallen and hurt herself. Ryan was there to catch her as she was falling.

We ended up booking Jay's for the shuttle to the hotel after the wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased with our decision. This allowed all of the guests to have a night full of dancing and partying knowing they had a ride later in the evening. Last night I was fortunate to attend the most fun party of the year! When we arrived I was greeted by your wonderful staff. I was so happy to see everyone. Then, when I was leaving I told them I was waiting for my Uber car and they said absolutely not, Dylan will take you home. Not only did he take me home but he took my friend all the way out south. To say, I went to sleep with the biggest smile on my face would be an understatement. Thank you ALL very much for the royal treatment.
